From Passau to Vienna you cover a total of around 333 km on the Danube Cycle Path if you choose the route we have suggested. This corresponds to an average of 48 km per day. Sometimes it's a little more, sometimes a little less. For example the Stage 5 from Melk to Krems is only 36 km long. This is because you ride between Melk and Krems through the Wachau, the most beautiful section of the Danube Cycle Path Passau Vienna. In the Wachau, you should also have time to stop and admire the beautiful landscape over a glass of Wachau wine.
